Game Developer Terms & Conditions for Monetizing with AnubisChain

Welcome to AnubisChain, the next-generation blockchain and cryptocurrency platform designed for game developers to monetize online games seamlessly. Operated by One Family Media Group, LLC, AnubisChain offers game developers a complete merchant account solution with monthly payouts, enabling direct integration of blockchain technology into their games.

By using our platform to monetize and integrate cryptocurrency transactions, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Agreement

By integrating AnubisChain’s blockchain technology into your games, you affirm that you:
✅ Are the legal owner or have the necessary rights to monetize the game(s).
✅ Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
✅ Will comply with all local, national, and international laws regarding crypto transactions.
✅ Acknowledge and accept the risk of cryptocurrency volatility in financial transactions.

2. Blockchain Monetization & Merchant Account Services

AnubisChain provides developers with a full merchant account solution for processing crypto transactions inside their games. This includes:

  • Integration of crypto payments for in-game purchases, tokens, or subscriptions.

  • Automatic conversion of crypto assets into fiat or stablecoins (where applicable).

  • Monthly payouts to game developers via crypto or fiat options (subject to compliance).

  • Smart contract-based revenue distribution for seamless and transparent transactions.

Developers are responsible for ensuring their games function properly with blockchain integrations and comply with AnubisChain's security and regulatory policies.

3. Payment & Payout Terms

​

3.1 Revenue Collection & Processing

  • All transactions within the game will be processed using AnubisChain’s blockchain payment gateway.

  • Transaction fees may apply and will be deducted before payout.

  • Developers are responsible for managing in-game pricing and ensuring correct smart contract execution.

3.2 Monthly Payouts

  • Payouts are processed on a monthly basis to the designated developer wallet or bank account.

  • Developers must meet the minimum payout threshold (specified in the merchant account agreement).

  • If payout disputes arise, developers must notify support within 7 days of the payout date.

  • AnubisChain reserves the right to withhold or delay payments due to suspected fraud, security concerns, or regulatory requirements.

4. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection

​

  • All sales are final, and chargebacks are strictly prohibited (as outlined in our Chargeback Policy).

  • Developers must monitor for fraudulent activity within their games and take action against abusive users.

  • AnubisChain reserves the right to suspend accounts found engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities.

5. Licensing & Intellectual Property

​

  • Developers retain ownership of their games, but grant AnubisChain a license to process transactions using its blockchain technology.

  • Any branding, trademarks, or promotional materials associated with AnubisChain must be pre-approved before use.

  • Developers may not falsely claim endorsement by AnubisChain or misrepresent the platform’s capabilities.

6. Compliance & Legal Obligations

6.1 KYC & AML Compliance

  • Developers must comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations where required.

  • Developers may be required to submit business verification documents before receiving payouts.

  • Failure to provide accurate or verifiable information may result in account suspension.

6.2 Tax Obligations

  • Developers are responsible for their own tax reporting related to earnings from AnubisChain.

  • AnubisChain does not withhold taxes and will not provide tax advice. Developers should consult a tax professional.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

​

AnubisChain reserves the right to terminate or suspend developer accounts if:
❌ Fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities are detected.
❌ Developers fail to comply with security, KYC, or AML regulations.
❌ Games are found to violate ethical, legal, or industry standards.
❌ Chargebacks or disputes exceed the acceptable risk threshold.

Developers may terminate their agreement with 30 days’ written notice. However, pending transactions will be settled according to the payout schedule before account closure.

8. Liability & Risk Disclaimer

​

  • AnubisChain is not responsible for lost revenue due to market volatility, technical failures, or blockchain network issues.

  • Developers assume full responsibility for ensuring their games function correctly with crypto integration.

  • No guarantees are made regarding revenue performance, user adoption, or financial gains.

By integrating with AnubisChain, you accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain-based monetization.

9. Changes to Terms

​

AnubisChain reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Developers will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
